It is made of 100% 1.2D x 38mm polyester staple fiber of high-tenacity, low-elongation by special spinning, dyeing and finishing, the rate of exhausting lubricant is 2-6 %. It is featured by perfect glossy luster, excellent lubricity, few knots, good rotting proof, low water shrinkage, high fastness to abrasion, washing, sunlight, perspriration and sublimation. This product is especially applicable for high-speed sewing. 1.Spun polyester sewing thread is a kind of very common sewing thread. 2.It is of high-tenacity, low elongation full- color, and high color grade. 3.Ordinarily divided into two-for-one twister thread and non-two -for-one twister, the former has the feature of few knot ,which can be used in industry and ordinary sewing. 4.Industry sewing have high quality requirements in strength ,knot ,and low hairiness. we chose different thickness of sewing thread according to the thickness of the garments and textile goods. 5.Main Specification:40S/2,50S/2,30S/2,30S/3,20S/2,20S/3
