                 PLAIN DYED POLY COTTON BLENDED RIPSTOP FABRIC 210GSM

The dyed poly cotton ripstop Fabric 20x16 100x56 57/8" 210gsm is a polular ripstop and well-used in global maket, it is a long term running item in our factory. The ripstop effect is made by 2 or 3 picks of parallel threads on both warp and weft direction in order to make superior strength in anti-tearing and anti-breaking. The ripstop size usually is 6mm, we can supply special size for client if needed. Price  is a little cheaper than cotton series, but still has good features like comfortable, soft, and breathing. Ringspun yarn and main poly material supply better strength to gurantee satisfied feelings in dayly training. The ripstop fabric is well and widerly used for trainning uniforms and military uniforms etc.  

The yarns of our TC blended ripstops we adopting are brandnew cotton material comes from Xinjiang Cotton Base. We use air-jet looms to weave ripstop fabric in order to keep a firmed high quality level.  We make dyeing ripstop fabric with continuous dyeing producing line to make every color almost in a same col-tone which is suitable for uniform making, especially for large quantity of a color. From this point our ripstop fabric will be much better than overfolow dyeing.  All dyestuffs we are useing are environmental dyes, Mostly we used vat dyes for uniform fabric.
