DD saw machine with High-precision automatic continuously adjustable longitudinal-transverse saw 

    This saw( Plywood  DD saw cutting saw ) machine is composed by infrared positioning, pre-loading device, longitudinal trolley fasten part, longitudinal trolley chains transmission, longitudinal saw heads, transverse trolley, transverse saw heads, transverse trolley chains transmission, automatic stacker. all working process is controlled by PLC. So in plywood/particle board/block board production, final size cutting will be completely automatic edge cutting and stacker.     Machine main body structure is strong with enough rigidity and high stability.   This machine has pre-loader device, the production capacity and efficiency is high: one shift working can produce 3000-4000(16mm based). Machine has high precision anti-wearing guide rail, high precision cutting, diagonal meter variation is below 0.5mm. All working process is controlled by PLC, cutting and stacking is automatic.   Machine has edge waste clearing away device, it can automatic sweep the cutting waste away.   This machine only need 2 workers, it can save labor cost, labor intensity is very low.   Machine has very good dust collecting system, it will collect all dust of the machine and dust exhaust in strong force.
