SJ-BSP Plastic flat filament stretching unit is designed by our company on basis of excellence absorbing widely from foreign filament stretching equipments,which is suitable for thermoplastics(such as PP and HDPE)extruding into film,cutting into tape,stretching into plastic flat filament of proper relative tensile breaking force and separately winding into yarn tube.Technology technical indexes of the machine are approaching the level of same kind of imported machine.
The control system equipped with PLC programmable control,OMRON NT31C Chinese colorful touch-screen,and human-computer control interface invented by ou company; the operators operate and automatic control for temperature,speed,pressure through friendly human-computer; the soft supply on-line help,product note of class,wrong note,on-line check etc,and supply safe protect and start up protect.
The extruder adopts large length/diameter ratio screw,auto dual polar screen changer,high-precision hanger type T-die,which has the good advantage in plastic,uniform thickness in film,consistent speed etc,and be suitable for product low-density polyethylene.
