Human PIR Sensor use the way that human cause infrared spectra, when people enter range of induction of led tube, the appropriable sensor can detect the change of human infrared spectra, and then automatically output high frequency. Only if people do not leave induction range, tube will keeping on outputting high frequency. But if people leave, switch delay to close load automatically, so that make led lamp turns weak lighting or off.
two different Control modes:
A. When human being is detected, the light turns on and after 30 to 60 seconds, it turns off. The interval of 30 to 60 seconds is adjustable.
B. When human being is detected, the light turns on. And after 30 to 60 seconds, the lumen reduces 50% automatically. The interval Of 30 to 60 seconds is adjustable. And after another 30 to 60 seconds, the lumen reduces another 50% and the light keeps this 30% lumen all along. The interval of 30 to 60 seconds is adjustable.
100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability , and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours’ lighting.
Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well . Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.
