Description: Connector body with hexagonal wrench surface, thread ISO metric in accordance with EN60423 or thread NPT in accordance with ANS/ASME B1.20.1-1983, Comply with stands AS/NZS 2053. 8, hexagonal pressure nut, sealing ring and ferrule. 1.2 Material Connector body - Galvanized die casting,zinc plated steel& malleable iron, nickel plated brass, stainless steel. Hexagon pressure nut - Galvanized die casting zinc plated steel& malleable iron,nickel plated brass, stainless steel. Packaging & Shipping 2.Packing & Shipping 2.1 Description 2.1.1 Stock Our vertically integrated manufacturing system gives us complete quality control over every step of the conduit fittings production process, from raw materials and component processing, assembly through packaging. 
And all our packing are international standard, while if you have special request, we are glad to do according to your requirenment. 2.1.2 Factory We carefully select raw materials for all our manufacturing processes. Materials such as steel, malleable iron, brass or zinc alloy are required to meet our very high standards of approval before being processed on the plant floor. Driflex quality finished products always begin with quality materials. All purchased component parts must also meet or exceed Driflex's engineering specifications and drawings. Whether it is screws, bolts or boxes, we want to be able to insure the component always meets and satisfies our customers' needs. 
Strict QC( quality control) System Is Our Life Our state-of-the-art automatic assembly equipment tests all important fittings characteristics. These include screws driven to correct depth and torque, locknuts threaded to the shoulder of the fittings (to prevent being lost during shipping), compression hex nuts properly assembled to body with gland ring in place, and smooth reaming and chamfering for ease in wire pulling. Every test is also carefully executed for ensuring the maximum safety and best quality. Some of the tests include: Bend to rupture Tension strength Crush and impact resistance Flexibility Flammability Cold impact 2.2 Shipping
