3. Test: All tests is accepted such as ultrasonic flaw detect,magnetic particle detect,dye penetrant test

4. Material: Alloy structural steels, carbon structure steels, alloy tool and model steels,etc.

5. Process:EAF + LF + VD + Forged + Heat Treatment (optional) +machining

The pinion shaft assembly is alloy steel forgings, some word processing gear on the shaft, the use of hardened. For ease of maintenance, the pinion shaft assembly on the selection of the inner wall of the single row radial long cylindrical roller bearings. Ends of the axle shaft, can be installed on either side of the pulley or sprocket.
