Part 1: Product Technical Characteristics

1. Optimized design of hammers and their positions for optimal hammer linear velocity, and thus to assure contact stock to the maximum extent and grinding the stock very efficiently.

2. Delicate bolting cloth design to assure the pulverized grains able to discharge smoothly at lower power consumption.

3. Shifting full-open design of operation door and inspection door, convenient to inspect the bolting clothes and replace hammers.

4. Frame-free bolting cloth design, no need of tools to replace the bolting cloth.

5. Drop-shaped design of crushing chamber, able to prevent circulating and for high yield.

6. Through a dynamic balance test, the rotor can run smoothly with lower equipment noise. 

Low Pressure Centrifugal FanMain Use:

It is designed to crush various granular feedstock such as corn and sorghum.
