How to use
1. Adjust (adjust the strength gradually from small to large) the energy strength in accordance with your physical status and acceptance degree during use
2. The conditioning time is 40 to 50 minutes each time. The conditioning time for initial use should be kept within 30 minutes
3. Use the instrument 1~2 times a day. The interval between two times of use should be more than 3 hours
