ETP’s PFS plastic amp filling and sealing packing machine adopt programmable control unit as the core of the automatic control system , making the control system is computerization, which greatly reduce the separate control, increase the stability of the control system.

The machine is controlled by the touch screen HMI, with photo electricity detection and trouble display, in accordance with GMP.

The frame and outside use best quality SS, stable , best craftwork, with nice rust proof and accord with GMP. High efficient , cutting rate 10-18 plate/min, reach the overseas level.

User can choose mechanism and electronic filling , we suggest the latter.

Stepless frequency converter, width speed adjustment , stable transmission.

STANDARD OF GMP

All 22 processes from spreading roll , AMP bottle forming, filling, sealing the end, printing serial numbers, cutting the end, cutting apart, controlled by program. Controlled by PLC, stepless frequency conversion and variable speeds. The large color man-computer interface is simple and easy for operation. Main components are imported. The filling head doesn't drop, leak, or spill over.
