PET/PBT/PA6/PA66/TPE flame retardant 8002

 Introduction:

Organic aluminum salt flame retardant containing phosphorus is white powder, small grain size, with high hydrophobicity, high temperature resistance and non-migration. It is mainly applied to engineering plastics such as polyester (PET, PBT) and nylon (glass fiber reinforced), ultrathin adhesives, flexible epoxy laminated printed circuit board, TPE (TPEE, TPU and PEBA). It has excellent flame retardant efficiency with nitrogenous-contained flame retardants.

Application:

a.     8002 has smaller particle diameter, can be applied to multiple application area of epoxy resin and electronic industry, such as functional adhesive for electric and electronic, electronic tag, flame retardant ink, epoxy resin electronic potting adhesive, label adhesive and so on. It can meet the strictest flame retardant standard.

b.     Due to its special design of particle size distribution, 8002 especially can be applied to high-end application area, such as ultrathin flexible copper clad laminate (FCCL), FFC insulating film, FFC reinforcement plate and epoxy resin copper clad laminate (CCL), which require halogen-free flame retardant, and have high requirement to various of electrical properties and thermal stability.

c.      8002 can be added individually, also can be use simultaneously with other halogen-free flame retardants and inorganic filler, to get higher halogen-free flame retardant effect and better integrated performance of electricity, processing, heat resistance and so on. High speed stirring can achieve the best dispersion effect of the flame retardant after adding.
