Q: How long does it need to produce a new machine?
A: Our normal leading time for a single machine is 30~40 days and for a complete recycling line or extrusion line is 60~70 days.

Q: What about the machine test?
A: All the machines will be tested strictly before shipment. The testing will be with material loading and full-load operation for at        least one hour. We would like to invite customer come to our factory to test the machine together with us.
     Qualified certification will be issued by our QC department after the machine has been successfully tested.

Q: What about the packing of your machine?
A: Normal package, wrapped by PE films or wooden package

A: Yes you can. Just let us know the color number or a sample so that we can make painting on machine accordingly.

Q: Once I give my requirements about machine I need, how long can I receive your offer?
A: Normally in 1 or 2 days

Q: What about your machine warranty?
A: Warranty is 12 months. Any damage which is not caused by improper operation, we will provide components for free by

    TNT/DHL. And we will provide spares at low cost for customers when beyond warranty.

Q: If I come to China, how can I get to your factory?
A: We are located in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, where is around 180km from Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
    You can take speed train from Hongqiao to Wuxi station (1 hour by car) or we can arrange car to pick you up from airport when

    you arrive Shanghai.
