In China, many PE natural gas pipeline production plants are using "WOLTER" efficient reactor dehumidification system, because of the natural gas pipeline PE material will use black mixed ingredients, the carbon black in plastic particles with the hydrophilic. Mixed ingredients will absorb moisture from the atmosphere in the storage and transportation process, if not dehumidifying dried of raw material before the extrusion production, the moisture content in PE raw materials may cause the plastic pipe internal blowhole defects and surface quality problems and may produce bubbles in the installation of welding, resulting in gas leakage and the security risks. 4. What are the problems to be paid attention to in the processing of PE raw materials for natural gas pipelines?

The traditional dryer water vaporization can escape material by heating, can only remove the surface water of raw material, and aim at plastic raw materials that do not have absorbability. And for the PE raw material that specially used for natural gas pipeline production with adsorption, it can not meet the standard requirements, so it is difficult to produce qualified products in line with national standards. It often causes the slicing detection to be unqualified, and can not be pushed to the market, making the enterprise suffer losses.
