PE/PP/PVC plastic sheet extrusion machine (usage and characteristics):
screw adopts the kind of design with mixing material function and high plasic-melting ability .
Clothes bracket type mould adopts special double narrow flow design, to make the plate uniform thickness .
the accuracy degree of temperature control is ± 1 can control the plastic melting processing and plate eveness . Three roller calender adopts horizontal, vertical and 45 degrees inclined, can be lifted freely.
the thickness of plate control adopts screw adjustment and pressing roller two-way adjustment control.
Roller temperature control system control separately can control pressing roller temperature accurately to make plate or sheets uniform. The cutting sheet machine can control the length and quantity of sheets accurately . Winding unit , adopts high quality torque motor, can adjust the winding speed and coiling tension. WIth the metering unit, it can set the length of products.
