Inside one is of HDPE/PP woven fabric, which gives strength. Middle one is PE film, which works as barrier to water and top layer is of kraft paper, which works as barrier to moisture.It is a packaging product gained through the working procedures of pringting. Bag-marking, hot cutting, sewing and back covering. Its braid gains excellent tensile properties and high weight capacity by utilizing polyethylene or polypropylene raw material through fusion, membrane sheet extrusion of flat die head, and directional orientation. The composite layer is spliced to the woven cloth layer and kraft paper by using mixtures of polyethylene and polyethylene (or other impurities) through fusion and membrane sheet extrusion of flat die head before cooling, to obtain performances of moisture protection and dust prevention. The structure of knited mesh is manufactured in high temperature oven, so this product is heat-resisting. Kraft paper will eliminate electrostatic adsorption of knited mesh and also has light resistance performance. Paper-plastic lamination bag product is widely applied to packaging in the fields of plastic modification, mining industry and synthetic rubber.
