PD4500QD metal detection machines used mainly for food and other requirements of high detection sensitivity industries, for the detection of inclusions or lost in the raw materials or products of Broken Needle, wire or lead, copper, aluminum, tin, stainless steel and other metals. 

Performance characteristics:

• Two-way signal detection circuit technology combined with high sensitivity and high anti-interference ability.
• Two-way signal display. When the metal  pass , the signal level indicator will show the Intensity of the product  based on the size of the metal
• Signal processing was completed by digital circuit, easy adjustment, stable and reliable.
• Product effect regulation function, such as moist products, sugary products, salt of the food, will generate a similar metal signal to the machine. It may affect the detection results. This function can help to reduce this kind of effect to achieve a better detection results.
• Leak-proof function. When there are multiple metal signals through, the apparatus will automatically account the signal frequency, so there will be no omission.
• Apparatus will be in a sleep state when there is no passing item.
• Production line can be used to connect supporting the implementation of automatic detection pipeline.
