Production metal locker main tools:cutting machine,bending machines,punch machine,acid washing pool,welding machine,electrostatic spray machine.
Material:cold rolled steel sheet,electrostatic powder powder.

1)The thickness of sheet metal locker,finished goods thickness=material thickness+0.1mm thickness(powder coating).Finished locker generally consists of two parts.the inner plate is thin,side board and door is thick.
2)Look at locker inside welding effects.dense welding is good.
3)Whether it's with acid washing and phosphating,there are some bad quality locker, 4)Clear youe need,after the system design is finished,any changes will generate additional cost and impact delivery time. it's just cleaned by sassafras sassafras oil,without acid washing and phosphating,when the powder coating it,it can not be good integrated the metal sheet,so this quality metal locker is easy to be moisture. 1.What thickness is our locker?
