Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.   2.Can I get samples? Sure.But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.   3.How long is the sample lead time? For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 4-6 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.   4.How long is the production lead time? 
It takes 20-25 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.How much is the freight charge? To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity, such as 100pcs beach umbrella,10,000pcs of bracelets, 2000pcs phone cases, etc. They are not heavy, if shipped by express, it takes 3-5 days to reach, but freight charge is not higher than that by sea.
For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea. Trade terms can be FOB Shanghai/Ningbo or CIF your port, in some countries, our forwarder can dispatch the goods to your door, which is more convenient for you.   6.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?  We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.    7.How many colors are available?  We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.   8.Which kinds of certificate would you have?
