Overhead Crane with Rotatable Electromagnetic Spreader

The overhead crane with electromagnetic spreader is a double girder overhead crane used for the handling of billet slab, steel sheet, steel bar, steel pipe and other steel products in the steel mill. This overhead crane is able to carry out rotating and stacking work of steel products. The capacity of the crane showed as images is 32t/16 ton + 16 ton.

The electromagnetic can be used to lift the steel billet and the finished steel product under 600oC with same net suction weight (two combined crane). This crane is a high-efficiency metallurgy industry crane dedicated to the rolling mill. They can also be used for the stacking, transshipment and loading and unloading work of the steel warehouse. There is a hook in the middle of the lifting spreader beam, which can be used for the handling of other finished materials.

The rotating electromagnetic spreader overhead crane implements the basic standards promulgated by the State and the Ministry of Machinery before 1998. 1. The whole machine consists of six parts: bridge frame, trolley, hoisting mechanism, crane traveling mechanism, rotating electromagnetic spreader beam and electric control equipment.

3. The bridge frame adopts the welded structure of the off-rail box beam. The end carriage is divided into 3 parts and bolted for easy transportation and installation.

4. Standardization, serialization and generalization of crane components.

5. All motors are Model YZR energy-saving motors. The electromagnetic system adopts power-off magnetic-retention device and is equipped with new electronic control equipment.

6. The brake adopts DC electromagnet and hydraulic rod brake, the buffer device adopts hydraulic buffer, and the high-speed drive shaft and coupling of each mechanism plus safety cover.

7. The power supply of the trolley is from the cable.

8. The overhead crane is equipped with various safety protection devices and cages for maintenance. According to the user's request, the driver's cab can be equipped with cooling devices such as air coolers and air conditioners.
