Feeding and blend: The quantitative cement, foam agent, steady bubble enhancer is added intothe mixer, through feeding system will be quantitative strengthening agent, foaming agent, stabilizing bubble cement mixer with 30 seconds by dry blend. 2. Mixing: quantitative warm water be added into the mixer with 2 minutes by wet mixing; The quantitative foaming agent be added into the mixer with 8 to 15 seconds mixing. 3. Injection molding and foaming: this material be placed into the mould immediately to foaming with 3-5 minutes. 4. Preliminary maintenance: this process is done by several standing after injection moulding. 5. Demoulding: the foam concrete board can be demould is after initial set, which have the initialstrength. 6. Cutting: this foamed concrete board blank owning a certain intensity can be cut after demoulding, and the cutting specifications can be adjusted according to the need by the cutting blade; 7.
