Material detail:
Stand post:
1. Galvanized steel pipe. Craft: Polished, sand blasting, high-temperature baking finished, anti-UV, anti-aging.
2. Decks and steps:
The deck shaped by piercing a 2.2 mm-thick cold-roll steel sheet, with bores of 6 mm in diameter. Conforming to the European standards of EN1176, the platform owns a strong bearing capacity.
Rubber coated or powder coating.
3. Plastic parts:
Made of LLDPE, which imported from south korean engineering plastic, anti- UV, anti-static, anti-crack and not easy to fade.
4. Iron parts:
The iron part is made of a steel pipe with diameter of 60 mm, 48mm, 38mm, 32mm, 28mm, wall thickness of 2.5 mm, quality and technical standard of which have met the requirements of BS1387-1985 standards.
5. Fittings
Handrails, steps, climbers are welded into one piece to reduce the installation time and maintenance concern.
Fasteners, adopt aluminum to cast shape, then polished.

6. Ropes and nets:
The material for ropes and nets is imported sailing ropes, which is 14 mm or 16 mm in diameter. The knots are mated with round aluminium alloy fasteners.
7. Installation instructions:
All the equipments will be trial assembled before packing.
