Principle:
Referring to the standards of GB/T611, T22230, T5009, ISO 758, 6353, by adopting the hydrostatics buoyancy method and hydrodynamics Bernoulli method to online monitor the specific gravity change of citric acid; then by using Lagrange polynomial interpolation, the online citric acid concentration can be converted. Then the quality control of citric acid crystal products can be achieved.

With the special design of buffering device TP-30, it is fully consistent with the hydrostatic principle; the data tested will be more accurate.
