One component rubber asphalt waterproofing coating

One component rubber asphalt waterproofing coating is a kind of waterproof anti corrosion material with high content and high viscosity. It is made by mixing asphalt, rubber and other aids. It is black sticky paste in the normal conditions.

Manual one component rubber asphalt water proof coating is researched as the supplementary coating for spray quick set water proof coating. Spraying rapid hardening water proof coating has fast speed and high efficiency for large area coating, but it also has some shortages, such as small area coating, special part coating, spiral stair, etc. In order to solve such shortages, we brought in South Korea advance technique and developed out the manual one component rubber asphalt water proof coating.

Manual one component rubber asphalt water proof coating can not only be used for partial coating but also be used for bottom reinforcement of spray type liquid rubber. It is suit for brush coat and roller coat. Its technical performance is almost the same as spraying rapid hardening water proof rubber coating.

Punchture Technical performance:

The solid content of Component synthetic liquid rubber water proof coating is more than 75%, heat resistance about 80℃, low tenderness -35℃,In special conditions (like chemical, heating, UV) low tenderness-30℃.

How to use:

1.Procedures:

Basement cleaning→bottom coating(optional, no need when the basement is smooth, strong and no sand ) → water proof additional layer constructed →additional layer acceptance→ LV-8 manual one component rubber asphalt water proof constructed → water proof acceptance

2.Coating conditions:

Construction Temperature is 5℃~40℃. Take the temperature before working. When it is rainy, snowy, and wind reached more than force 5, are not suited for the waterproof construction.

1).plex part: Brush coat the internal and external corner, the corner between plane and elevation firstly and covered with roll material in shape. Then began the full construction after finishing the additional layer, ensure the overall coating thickness.

2).Coating tools: professional equipment, scarper, cover cloth, adhesive tape, etc

3). After coating some parts, take needle method to measure the thickness. Use the trowel to add once the thickness is not ok or some parts need strengthen. Finish the coating by partition, 500~1000 m2 per part.

4). After brush coating, cover the isolation layer or waterproof material timely.
