Technical requirement

Dnv2.7-1(A60 anti fire class) cabin is Applicable to -20℃.The dimension is 7300 mm Length, 2590 mm width, 2750 height, weight about 10tons. Occupancy area of 18.9m2

Material part

1. Positive pressure explosion instrument room

Unit main body steel structures include:

●Bottom region: Quadrangle unit corner, bottom periphery main girder (bottom side beam), bottom flat rack (bottom steel floor board) bottom protective tube, bottom beam, fork pocket plate, floor supporting reinforced steel plate.

●Roof region, Roof, reinforced square tube, corner reinforced plate, middle lintel

●Front and back side: Side plate, reinforced plate, top side beam, ventilation casing beam, knee cove plate ,intermediate post, reinforced post, top centre sill, ventilation casing side beam, lifting eye, side plate, baseplate, reinforced plate

●Right and left end face: base angle reinforced plate, corner pole, wallboard, vertex reinforced plate, end lintel, end sill

●Quadrange stand column, periphery wallboard rack, top periphery main beam, top flat rack, top lifting rings, intermediate reinforced standing column as the major load carrying construction member to bear load. Bottom vertical main beam have forklift hole, for easy of forklift transportation. Vertical standing column is connected with bottom main beams under rings to transfer cabinet load

●Periphery Corner fittings is made of Cast steel materials(purchased part),has the conformity of certificate and material report of the equipment manufacture and related DNV inspection report to meet related specification requirement.

Bottom Periphery main beam is rectangle structure and apply 345D or material of the same class

Quadrangle standing column apply Q345D or material of the same class

Periphery wall panel frame apply Q235B or material of the same class

Instrument room around the body wall and top are equipped with the Danish production sixty mm thick A60 level fire insulation rock cotton layer and 30 mm thick fire resistance type Marine rock wool sandwich metal gusset plate, outer is 0.7 mm thick steel plate, and the middle is ceramic rock wool insulation materials, flame retardant performance for B15 level, in order to meet the requirements of fire and heat preservation.

The floor is used A-60 level deck dressing, spread South Korea imported PUC anti static plate, apex Angle line adopts Marine vertex Angle, the Angle line resistanceto high temperature; Instrument room play crural line all use non standard custom made aluminum.

Design & Development

Kingwell has an ongoing relationship with Xi'an Petroleum University and built up long term cooperation with China Aerospace Group for more than 10 years. Design Department is familiar with CAD and Pro-E facilities and has on rolls qualified & experienced engineers. Now, they are engaged in development of new products as required in the market place. Kingwell' products are validated in-house in a Test Well, a Sub-surface Type Test Facility with simulated well conditions up to 15000 psi Differential pressure , 400°F and Max 450°F.
