A: We will pre-charge your sample fees, but we will return it to you after order confirm.     Q: Why do you make plush toys? We have already cooperated with some good shipping companies for many years, and they are honest and trustable.     Q: Will you force me to buy your items if I visited your factory? A: It is our honor to be your supplier. However things are not always perfect. If our price and quality can not meet your requirements, we will not force you to buy, instead we can introduce some suppliers who can work with you.     Q: Can I ask for compensation if defective goods found?
