OEM Double Flange Welding Wire Cable Drum

Available in a wide range of both Metric and Imperial flange diameters from315mm to 1250mm , ONEREEL steel cable spool are manufactured to DIN 46397 or DIN 46395, as well as bespoke customer requirements.

These in-process take up reels are custom designed for use in the manufacture of ferrous and non-ferrous bare wire products, where they are used for both single and multi trip shipping of product. Capable of operating to speeds in excess of 40 metres per second they are ideal for use in high speed wire drawing machines and rod breakdown lines, as well subsequent manufacturing processes such as bunching and stranding.

1 Round flange rims for grippers to lift reels!

2 Solid and safe weld connections on inner flanges:

-Inner flange and barrel are assembled by as V-seam of considerable depth and width.

-The inner flange is embossed in disk form

-Even after machining of the winding space the weld that remains will safely and permanently comply with all requirements

3 The inner and outer flange are joined by a round weld seam

4 Outer flange and centerbore are welded by means of an even wider and deeper Vee seam.
