Description of shoe soles silicone rubber

OTT-X810Liquid Silicone for Insoles is a solvent-free, flow-able - 2 Component RTV Silicone rubber. After mixing the X810 A and X810 B at a mix ratio of 1:1 the material will cure by an addition reaction at room temperature. The cure rate can be accelerated significantly by heat. Material has been especially developed for insoles.

Application of shoe soles silicone rubber:

OTT-X810 silicone rubber is specially developed for insoles. It can also be used for lace coating and Conveyor belt coating and also for other applications where fast cure at elevated temperatures and good flow or self leveling characteristics are required.

Using instructions of  shoe soles silicone rubber : (Note: Other hardness is adjustable,customers can use silicone oil to lower the hardness and viscosity of J825 according to their special requirements.)

1. Applicable to the injection molding process

2. Mixing component A with B evenly according its mix ratio, it is ready for use after degassing, it cures by heating up the temperature when pouring into the mold.

3. The curing time is subject to the temperature, short time will be required under high temperature, long time will be required while the product with large thickness.
