A:We prefer LOGO file in format .EPS, .AI, .CDR (in vector format with fonts converted to outlines or curves), we can also accept .PDF, .JPG file.
2.What are the setup charges?
A: Some of the items we offer have “setup” charges (screen charges, die charges, etc.). It is important to note these are NOT art charges. These are charges to create the screen, die or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo.
3.Can I place Mix order?
A: Yes, sure. You can mix color as you want, even though you make a mini order.
4. How to place an order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by email or on TradeManager/Whatsapp/Skype. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for you to order.
5. How long could I get my order?
A: Stock Products: shipping within one week.
B: Customized products: usually 10-25 days. It depends on your design and quantity.
6.How do you send products to us?
A: 10 cartons below, we usually use express delivery, more than 10 cartons by sea or air transport. Basically, the transportation depends on client’s choice.
