Purpose and scope of application
PNDLD Series Explosionproof LED light is applicable to II A, II B T1 ~ T4 group explosive gas atmospheres (Zone 1, Zone 2) hazardous locations.The
Lightings are use in the place of electric power, petrochemical and other industrial high degree of protection zone.
Installation instructions
Wiring instructions and precautions:
1.LED switching power : white, red for the AC input hot and neutral, red, black line is the output termination LED lamps positive and negative;
2.The output terminal is connected, simply connected inputs when using it (AC127V power supply)
3.When repeating LED lighting connection,for avoiding the risk of electric shock and the damage of LED, it is required to make the switching power DC output docking discharged internal capacitor before proceeding.
4.After the finish the connection, each connector needed for insulation, waterproofing
Use and maintenance
1.Before installation,make sure the technical parameters of flameproof lights are consistent with the conditions
2.Flameproof lights should be grounded
3.When installed, make sure the solid and reliable wiring for preventing the overheating or sparks due to poor contact
4.Flameproof lights should be regular repaired and inspected.You must cut off the lamp power when maintenance and inspection , "non-charged open!"
