Epoxy Fatty Acid Methyl Ester(EFAME),directly made from natural plant oil through etherification and epoxidation, is a kind of environmental epoxy plasticizer. It has very good process ability to PVC products with low cost, and it can partial or even totally replace phthalate plasticizer for PVC products

High epoxy value .The higher the epoxy value ,the less the epoxy value will be reduced when meets

high temperature .the effect of plasticizer will not be reduce , and can reduce the cost of PVC products

with more substitution .

Epoxy fatty acid methyl ester is good light and heat stability ,could be applied to all of the PVC products .Epoxy fatty acid methyl ester plasticizer DOP plasticizers, It can replace not only produce non-toxic, environmentally friendly PVC products can be widely used in food packaging, medical supplies, toys and water pipes etc but also used in as a cellulose resin and synthetic rubber non-toxic plasticizers and softeners in the product processing, add the epoxy fatty acid methyl ester can significantly improve the physical properties of products and the extension of the aging
