Structure of raw material ball mill Raw material ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control).The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition.
Working Principle of Raw Material Ball Mill Raw material ball mill is horizontal rotating devices transmitted by the outer gear. The cement ball mill has two warehouses. The materials are transported by feeder to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft spirally, then enter the first warehouse. In the warehouse, there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board. Steel balls of different specifications are installed in the scale board. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and then fall to grind and strike the material. After being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehouse for regrinding. The above action repeats constantly till the size of materials reaches the required fineness. In the end, the powder is discharges by output material board and the end products are completed.
