Description GY Instant noodles production line is used to fully automatically produce ripple.type instant noodles with high automaticity, easy operation, moderate output, good energy conservation. There is fried type and non-fried type instant noodles. Equipment Configurations Brine Mixing Machine: Mix and dissolve salt, alkali and other additives in water. Brine Measuring Device: Measure the water volume used for dough mixing every time. And control the water volume from brine mixing machine into dough mixer quantificationally. Dough Mixer: Mix and Stir flour with water adequately. Disk Aging Machine: Let the protein in dough fully absorb water, so as to improve the ductility of dough. Rolling Machine: Pressing the dough and forming it into noodles. Cooking Machine: Cooking the noodles. Cutting, Folding & Dividing Machine: Cut and fold the noodles. Then divide them into different rows and enter into different mould box. Used different mould boxes to produce quadrate instant noodles or round instant noodles. Frying Machine: It is used for the producing of fried instant noodles. Frying instant noodles and fixing the final shape of instant noodle. Drying Machine: It is used for the producing of non-fried instant noodles. Drying the instant noodles and fixing the final shape of instant noodle. Cooling Machine: Cooling the instant noodle to satisfy the packaging requirement. Conveyance Machine: Convey the instant noodles into every packaging line. Packaging Machine: Users choose different packaging machines according to different package requirements. There are sauce bag packaging machine, powder bag packaging machine, dehydrated vegetable packaging machine, pillow type packing machine (for bag pack), capping machine (for cup pack), thermal shrink film package machine (for cup pack) and carton sealing machine. Please notice that packaging machines are all optional parts and they are not included in standard quotation. We shall quote them according to detailed requirements. Characteristics different types for choosing: Fried instant noodles production line and Non-fried instant noodles production line. The production line can produce quadrate instant noodles or round instant noodles or both. The production line can be designed according to different size requirements of instant noodle from 30g to 100g. Adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is longer service life and neatness. High automation and accurate PLC control system to save labor cost and easy to operate. Aging process and pressing process with multi-roll make the dough more springy and final noodles better taste. The cap of cooking machine and frying machine can raise and drop automatically or manual. Frying machine equips heat exchanger, ensuring the constancy of oil temperature, which is good for production quality control and production process improvement. Frying machine equips oil filter, which can filter dregs in oil, extend oil changing period and ensure good taste of instant noodle.
