Natural mica pearl pigments for painting     Pearl Pigment     With the elevation of living standard, pearlescent pigments are indispensable for modern home collections which have increasing requirement for the coating. Pearlescent pigments are characterized by good dispersibility and physico-chemical properties, and therefore in the paint industry, any single-color coating can become pearlescent coating by mixing pearlescent pigments, which does not affect paint color and actually embody original paint color and metallic luster most vividly.  In addition, our pearlescent pigments can also be applied to most oily- and watery-base material, and using particularly in the transparent raw materials can get better effect. Generally, the higher transparency the base is, the better pearlescent effect will be. The addition proportion of pearlescent masterbatch can be flexibly calculated according to the content of pearlescent pigment in pearlescent plastic, and then directly mix with resin.     The addition of pearlescent luster in classical-style ceramic products can make the pattern on porcelains more vivid. The pearlescent pigments made with ordinary mica cannot withstand the high firing temperature of ceramics or enamel porcelain. The specially-treated mica titanium pearlescent pigments can widely serve ceramics and enamel due to its high refractoriness.
