FAQQ: Does the shower head need battery or electricity?
A: No need battery and electricity, this is high technology products. As the items are totally water powered, there is a micro motor inside the shower, so when there is water flowing through, the water pressure will push the motor winding and make the LED light, which is recyclly used and eco-friendly.
Q: If there is motor inside it, does it safe and no leakage of electricity?
A: The motor and led system are sealed by epoxey which is waterproof, no electricity will contact water or people directly which is quite safe at home.
Q: Does the shower head can be installed in my home directly?
A: The shower head is international standard size, it is 1/2"G(20mm), which can be used in everyone's home.
Q: Does the led shower head easy to be installed at home?
A: Yes, it is very easy, you just screw it on your present soft hose or stainless tube at your home directly.
Q: Does it just a shower head or including soft hose?
A:LED shower head is just the shower head, does not including soft hose, and if you want it to include hoses, you should tell us in your inquiry and then we quote you with hose prices.
Q: Can I put my Brand or Logo into the products?
Yes, OEM or ODM is allowed, but if you want to put your brank into the products, then MOQ should be over 2000 pcs.
Q: How about the package of the products? It is branded or neutral?
A: As a factory, all of packages is neutral to support trading company and wholeseller and distributor from all over the world.
Q: Can I make my own color box?
Yes, you can design your own color box, but MOQ should be over 2000 pcs too.
Q: How can I buy the products?
A:You can tell us the quantity, and your address and payment method, then we can check the freight to your place, then we will send you a Proforma Invoice for your confirmation. And after you confirmed, then you make the payment, give us the bank slips, then we will send the goods out after the money comes to our account. After we have sent the goods, then we will send you the tracking No. and then you can use the tracking no. to track your goods.
Q: What kinds of payment method can you accept?
