HSGJ-1600 Hydraulic Bridge Saw, With our new technology it become one perfect stone cutting machine, high stability high efficiency and high precision, as a perfect bridge saw machine it suitable to saw the high valuable stone into slabs.

1. Our Patented locking device used to reduce the spacing of machine from friction.

2. Linear guide path imported from Taiwan, It is used on the transverse moving structure to ensure the high stability during cutting.

3. A guiding polymer materials(Teflon, Brand Dupont), it used to the contact surface between up/down column and seat. Such guiding material is rolling into a circular storage pits, in less oil or oil under the conditions of space off to work with a low coefficient of friction, wear resistance and long service life, etc

4. Up/Down oil cylinder using to combined oil seal, imported from German, imported German, composited with a flexible seal ring, two retaining rings and two block-oriented ring which is a five pieces set of piston seals and with much several times of service life compared with other common sealing.

5. Feeding depth is measured by Rotary Encoder to ensure its High-precision, meanwhile, upper and lower traveling distance can be set to reduce the labor intensity of worker.

6. Cutting mode quantity and thickness of slab, feeding depth can be view and set by PLC computer control system (both imported and homemade high-precision electrical components are used).
