2. From the consideration of environmental protection, the core materials can use recycled materials.

3. According to the different use of characteristics, such as thick wall finished product cortex use soft material, the core material can use hard material or foamed plastic to reduce weight.

4. Low quality of core materials is helpful to reduce costs.

5. The cortex material or core material can use expensive material with special surface properties, such as material of EMI Shielding or high conductivity to increase product performance.

Review on the mold structure and processing technic:

1. Mold preliminary review: According to customer requirements to making the mold specification table, and determining the mold parting line, the slider or lifter structure, mold insert type, ejector type, cooling water method and plastic product issue by the design director, project director and deputy general manager. The design engineer makes the DFM report according to the mold preliminary report, drawing 2D mold structure drawing or 3D drawing.

2. Review before cutting steel: When the custom confirms the mold trial date, project engineer must arrange the mold Kick off meeting immediately. After that, on the same date, design engineer must complete the drawings needed to modify and book bulk raw materials such as mold base and cavity insert. The meeting mainly review mold runner system, the parting line, ejection mechanism, cooling water system, mold component strength and whether to meet customer requirements and standards etc.

3.processing technic review: mainly review manufacturing processing and assembling processing, the 3D mold drawing details, see whether mold parts processing is too difficult, whether can ensure the quality requirements, if manufacturing processing and assembling processing is economical , if mold clearance, part number and standard is in accordance with the requirements of the company to do.
