Working Principle of Motor Vibrating Feeder For Mining Industry

The vibrating feeder is composed of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibration device and motor. The vibrator consists of two fixed eccentric axes, and the gears of these gears are jogging. When installing, the two gears must be swaying according to the signs. Driven by the motor, the two eccentric axes begin to rotate, creating a linear huge power, forcing the feeder to vibrate. Through vibration, the material slides and hangs on the funnel, moving forward. When the material passes through the screening section, the smaller parts will fall, avoiding further breakage, so as to achieve the screening purpose.
