Product description
Molybdenum (V) chloride anhydrous is an important catalyst in organic chemical industry.It has deliviousness, soluble in chloroform, CCl4, concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid. Up to 1300℃ or in ethanol, ether can be decomposed. In air, neither solid nor liquid is stable. The molten state conducts almost no electricity.
It is also used to achieve molybdenum vapor deposition.
