This custom cable harness made with overmolded molex connector, also a strin relief added at the wire end. In order to meet customer required high pulling force, we need swap cyclohexanone on jacket surface before molding, then designed with copper ring crimped.

Various types of connectors overmolding can be PVC or TPE materials. The connector spec like 3.0pitch, 4.14pitch, 4.2pitch, 6.35pitch, etc.   The outer shape can be designed as customer requirement. For all this kind of connector, have special treatment to replace common inner molding, which can help us better to reduce the terminal inclined or materials filling problem during molding.
