Mining Coal Level Sensor

Product introduction:

Mining coal level sensor is an important sensor of belt conveyor protection device,who can prevent the coal pile.  

Application range:

The product is suitable for explosive gas (methane) and coal dust in mines,cooperate with the use of KXJD1-127 mining explosion-proof and intrinsic safety control cabinet of belt conveyors.

Working principle:

This sensor is displacement type, which is used to monitor the tipping point of coal gangue block or intermediate bunker coal level height. When coal gangue blocks or bunker is full, the corresponding coal level sensor in contact with the coal, the gradient of the spring lever will reaches 8 °～ 15 °, sensors in a normally open contacts closed, when the gradient of the spring lever reaches 0 °～ 3 °, the sensor reset automatically.
