Heavy-duty gantry-type frame structure, the beam adopts a box-type welded structure, no deformation, high-efficiency bilateral drive, compact structure, overall tempering, fully eliminate welding stress, thick and atmospheric appearance, stable and reliable performance, which is the most standard in the cutting machine industry. A universal CNC cutting machine with lateral spans of 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m|8m and other specifications, both with bilateral drive, double-axis linear guide, standard for lateral gauge 4m, effective cutting range: 3.2m Longitudinal rail length can be customized, single flame or single plasma cutting method with automatic ignition; it can also be added into flame and plasma cutting mode. The length of the longitudinal rail is 2m per section. The lengthening rail can be configured according to the user's requirements and the span of the beam can be widened. Multiple torches or bevels can be cut according to user requirements.

Rack structure
The cross beam adopts the German Messel technology and gantry frame, which can eliminate the torsion better. The crossbeam is a non-rectangular tube structure of the box steel structure. After welding, it is annealed entirely to eliminate the internal stress so that it will not deform in long-term use. The stable frame structure makes the cutting precision higher and the cutting speed faster.
Guide
A horizontal guideway adopts a domestic or imported double axle core linear guideway with high precision and good guidance. 
Longitudinal guide rail with a grinding surface made of special metal has high mechanical accuracy and wear resistance.
Servo drive system
We use the Panasonic servo drive system, which has the function of character position detection, high precision, and short acceleration time. The drive system adopts the Japanese original planetary reducer, whose input and output errors are only 16 arcs. Meanwhile, in the transverse and longitudinal gear transmission structure, an automatic clearance compensation device is added to enable the transmission structure to accurately execute the instructions issued by the CNC system.
Mechanical transmission device 
All the mechanical transmission systems adopt the meshing of the precision gear and rack with the machining accuracy of Grade 7 of the national standard.
Nesting software

Choose common edge, bridge, continuous cutting, micro-connection, and other cutting processes to improve the utilization rate of sheet metal, cutting efficiency.

Using the top operating system of Shanghai Jiaotong University or other world-class systems designated by users, it has a multilingual menu function, stable and reliable, high control accuracy, memory protection of power breakpoints, etc.
Cutting Torch Lifting Device
Cutting torch lifting rack is used to realize the automatic lifting of the cutting torch. The lifting body of a heavy cutting torch realizes the upper and lower movement of gauge through the movement of linear bearing between guide axles. The torch seat also has a 360-degree anti-collision function and protects the safety of the torch in the whole working area. The whole heavy cutting torch lifting body has three lifting modes: manual, electric, and automatic.
Pressure gauge and relief valve 
The pressure gauge and control valve is installed on the top of the central control panel so that the operator can adjust and check the gas pressure according to the optimum state during cutting. The panel has a switch for operating solenoid valve, which can be adjusted manually and controlled automatically by the numerical control system.
