Cement Mills / Cement Mill
Cement Mill Introduction: The cement mill is mainly used in grinding the raw materials and end products in cement plant. It is also suitable for various ores and other materials metallurgy, mine, chemical and construction. Besides, it has two forms of milling, one is an open form, and another is a recycle close form equipped with powder concentrator. It is widely applied in many industries and has simple operation. It has many advantages such as, strong adaptability, continuous production, large crushing ratio, easy to adjust the size of the products. And it is suitable for both dry production and wet production, also can allow the milling and drying processing simultaneously.

cement mill Cement ball mill is an efficient grinding machine for fine powder process. Cement mill is the grinder equipment used to grind hard, nodular clinker from the cement kiln into the fine grey powder that is cement. Cement ball mill is widely used in building materials, chemical industry, cement processing line, ore mining industry etc. SBM can supply you two models of ball mill according to its working style such as dry ball mill and wet ball mill. SBM has ball mills for sale and supply youball mill maintenance for free. Cement ball mill working principle
Cement ball mill working principle or cement ball mill operation: SBM is the manufacturer and supplier of cement ball mills used in cement industry, in China. SBM has manufactured and supplied many kinds of ball mills for grinding raw material, coal and clinker. Process engineering as well the mechanical design of these mills is done with the help of know-how absorbed during long experienced & on hand experience of engineers technocrats & constructors. Cement ball mill, a horizontal type and tubular running device, has two warehouses. The material enters spirally and evenly the first warehouse of the milling machine along the input material hollow axis by input material device. In this warehouse, there is a ladder scaleboard or ripple scaleboard, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scaleboard, when the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force ,at this time , the steel ball is carried to some height and falls down to make the material heavy striked and grinded. After being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters the second warehouse for regrinding with the steel ball and scaleboard. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board and the final products are completed. Capacity of cement ball mill The cement mills on a cement plant are usually sized for a clinker consumption considerably greater than the output of the plant's kilns. This is for two reasons: The mills are sized to cope with peaks in market demand for cement. In temperate countries, the summer demand for cement is usually much higher than that in winter. Excess clinker produced in winter goes into storage in readiness for summer demand peaks. For this reason, plants with highly seasonal demand usually have very large clinker stores. Cement milling is the largest user of electric power on a cement plant, and because they can easily be started and stopped, it often pays to operate cement mills only during "off-peak" periods when cheaper power is available. This is also favourable for electricity producers, who can negotiate power prices with major users in order to balance their generating capacity over 24 hours. More sophisticated arrangements such as "power shedding" are often employed. This consists of the cement manufacturer shutting down the plant at short notice when the power supplier expects a critical demand peak, in return for favourable prices. Clearly, plenty of excess cement milling capacity is needed in order to "catch up" after such interruptions.
