      Product Description   1.Product Composition:   Melamine faced medium density fiberboard is mainly made of medium density fiberboard (MDF) which is as the backing material, on the surface of the pavement melamine veneer paper, via hot pressing. MDF is a board that made of wood fiber or other plant fiber as raw material, the fiber preparation, synthetic resin, under the condition of the heating pressure, pressed into the thickness of not less than 1.5 mm, nominal density range from 0.65g/cm³ to 0.80g/cm³.       2.Product Category:   1. Ordinary type:  This board can not load bearing and not for furniture, such as temporary exhibition board for fair, partition panel, etc.   2. Furniture type: This board usually need to secondary processing on the surface, as furniture or decoration use, such as furniture manufacturing, ambry production, decoration, fine wood products, etc.   3. Load-bearing type: This board is normally used for small structures under the condition of bearing parts, such as indoor ground laid, the scaffolding, indoor ordinary building components, etc.   3.Glue: E0/E1/E2   (Level E0 is content of 5 mg or less formaldehyde in every 100 grams products. Level E1 is content of 5 to 10 mg or less formaldehyde in every 100 grams products.  Level E2 is content of 10 to 30 mg or less formaldehyde in every 100 grams products.)   4.Features:   1. Uniform fiber composition, strong bonding force, moderate density, not easy to deformation or fracture 2.
