Overview:

ZDG-type medium pressure boiler feed pump feed water or other water supply purposes, the transmission medium temperature does not exceed 105℃

Flow rate: Q=36~180m³/h

Head: H:=270~672m

Structure:

This pump is a multi-stage centrifugal pump casing section. The inlet and outlet are vertically upward. Front, middle and rear section connected with the wear bar into one, each section depends mainly on the joint surface between the stationary seal the metal surface outside.

Seal:

Medium pressure boiler feed pump used as a carbon fiber woven fabric with soft padding and cooling water cooling.

Bearing and balancing devices: 

Medium pressure boiler feed pump rotor to the shaft ends of the rolling bearing. Thin oil lubrication, and cooled with circulating water. The rotor axial thrust to balance the self-balancing. After a balanced equilibrium return back to return to the pump suction pipe segment.

Transmission:

Medium pressure boiler feed pump driven by motor through flexible coupling. Direction from the drive, the pump is clockwise.
