Packaging & Shipping             Company Information     FAQ   1.    What do you mainly produce?       We produce test kits for dairy antibiotic residues, honey test, mycotoxin test, animal test and pig disease test.   2.  Do milk samples need to be brought to room temperature or preheated  before testing ?      Milk samples should be rewarmed to room  temperature(Above 20 degree) especially in winters but no need to be preheated.   3.  How long does it take to run a test?      Results in 3-5 minutes.   4.  Does  the content of fat in milk samples effect  the testing results? How?      Yes, testing results will be effected by milk fat content. In China, milk fat around 3%, If more thick than ours, pls let us know, we will adjust the strips according your milk samples.   5.  Do you provide free samples of your products?      We can offer free samples.   6. Do your products need incubator or reader?      We have different series of test kits, some kinds of our products need incubator or  reader, while some are screen the results, no any equipment need.   7. How long is your delivery time?     Our delivery time is 10 working days after received the payment.   8.Do improper operations effect results when testing?     Yes, improper operations can effect the test results, so you should evaluation the test according to our instructions.
