Marking Printer Description
The core optic components of the CO2 series laser marker are imported from America. The CO2 radio frequency laser and high speed scanning galvanometer imported from America provide reliable guarantee for the long time, continuous, high speed and stable work of the machine. The CO2 radio frequency laser is a kind of gas laser and the laser wavelength is 10.64μm, which is in medium infrared frequency. The CO2 laser has big power and high electro optic conversion efficiency. It uses CO2 as the working substance, and fills the CO2 and other gases into the discharge tube. When high voltage is added to the electrode, glow discharge generates in the discharge tube and makes the gas molecules release laser. After expanding and focusing the released laser energy, the laser process is realized through deflection with scanning galvanometer. Features: 1. laser power is controlled by the software and it is adjustable, it applies to cut and mark nonmetal materials on big area. 2. Adopt imported CO2 RF laser tube which has excellent performance and long service span (20k hours). 3. Adopt imported American high-speed galvanometer system which has high speed, high precision and stable performance. 4. Adopt imported optics lens, low loss, excellent focalization performance. 5.The marking software is compatible with CorelDraw, AutoCAD, Photoshop etc. a variety of software output files. Support PLT, AI, DXF, BMP and other documents, directly using SHX, TTF font. Support automated coding, serial number, batch number, date, bar code and two-dimensional code marking.
