Brewer`s yeast is rich in vitamins, especially in B vitamins. It also contains a wealth of ergosterol which could be transformed into vitamin D by ultraviolet irradiation.Added a certain amount of Brewer`s Yeast in the feedingstuff can appropriately reduce the additive amount of Vitamin mixture.Brewer`s Yeast is also full of ample magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, sodium, iron and other minerals. These organic chromium and selenium can stimulate the body's immunity and improve the disease resistance of animals.

Brewer`s yeast is rich in digestible protein, which contents more than 44% protein. It is especially ample of lysine protein and higher than general grain protein that can partially replace the shortage of Fish meal protein in animal feed. And reduce feed costs and over-reliance on fish meal protein source in feed industry.
