Patterns and logos printed with magnetic ink containing magnetic substance can be checked by magnetic detector, and printed passwords can be read out by information decoder and recognized through rubbing effect of automatic processing device. 

Mirror ink
Product brief introduction
Mirror ink is solvent-based ink that has a special effect. The ink printed on the reverse side of the invisible material and can get mirror effect from the front. 
Invisible material include: PC, PMMA, hard PVC, processed PET and glass
Color:Silver, gold, red, yellow,blue, green
Printing Way:
Screen or intaglio. Screen is advised to use 300 item screen printing forme
Additive  Using  710 solvent
Regulation:
1)It will not get a better effect if the material is rough or can not use special solvent (810).
2)In order to get a better mirror effect, you can print a layer of  special cover ink on it. If you want to print other color on the mirror ink, you need to choose special ink, you also can print varnish before printing other color.
3)The viscosity of the ink is very low and easy to volatile. In order to avoid slipe the screen and mesh clogging, you should speed up continuous printing. At the same time, do not let the screen dry by air.
4)Advice printing the ink well and thin, and don`t repeat printing the ink.
5)If choosing screen printing machine, In order to let the ink be printed well on the screen printing forme, you should use rubber squeegee instead of metal squeegee
