Our ArtNet/DMX controller are available in versions of 3-pin XLR and 5-pin XL connector,to avoid the trouble of using 3-to-5 adapter, please make it clear when placing the order prefer 3pin or 5pin, default XLR is 3pin if customer do not declare.
