Taken in total, we are confident our technology, experience, facilities, customer service and staff in general make LZ Casket the best and most cost-effective choice for metal caskets.       Product Description     The casket is made of 18gage steel , all 18 gage caskets are gasketed and beautifully finished.The gasket protection elements is important and prior to painting our metal caskets are sprayed with a special rust protective solution (similar to what automobiles are coated in).   The interior for 18gage casket can be velvet or crepe according to customer's requirements.Some are handmade design and some are embroidered. Both kind are beautiful.     FAQ   Are you manufacturer or trading company? We are manufacturer and we have been in this business for 11 years. What are your main business? Our company belongs to Laizhou Yatong Metal Products Group Co.,Ltd which is one of the global supplier of GM. The main business for the group is automotive parts, moulding dies, mining trucks and caskets. We are the casket company . Where is your market? We are selling to USA, Europe, South Africa and South East Asia. Most of  the caskets are going to US. What are your main products? We are producing metal caskets including copper caskets, stainless steel caskets, 18 gauge caskets and 20 gauge caskets; wooden caskets including SOLID OAK CASKETS, SOLID POPLAR CASKETS, SOLID PAULOWINIA CASKETS, ETC.  Also,we are selling all casket related accessories and hardwares. What is your lead time?   around 30 days for metal caskets  and 50 days for wooden caskets. How do you control your quality? We are using same qulity control system as GM motor's. We are having inspectors in each working station. And we also have final inspeciton after the caskets are assembled. And also we have our tracking system for each casket and when the products arrives at customer’s warehouse we can still get them tracked. What is your payment term? We usually do T/T, 30% Deposit and 70% balance with copy of BL.
